Audi A4 b8 2010 mmi 3g

I bought an video interface for Audi IW04A-N and i have a problem.
I connected all wires like an instruction but don t work, more exactly i don t have a video signal.
On my display i have some vertical lines and i don t know why.(it looks like the resolution is not supported).
I connect all wires like in the pdf instructions manual and now i don t know what i do.
I am set the Dip switch in 800x480 and nothing hapen t and then i tried to insert a Dip switch for 400x240 but the interface don t change. So i tried all modes from manual instruction but nothing.
I mentioned the video interface work i think but don t see the image just vertical lines and all wires is connect like an instructions.
Monitor oem code is :8T0919604
