AV Interface for Mercedes W221 on w212 2010 model

Hello I am Edvin ARAKELYAN from Turkey Istanbul.About the my last order w212 video interface i have problem and i am writing the problem.I hope you can help me about this problem.
1)When we bind the CAN cables we can't turn on and turn off (av1-av2-av3)from i-drive,we can turn it on and off from the button on the interface.
2)Rear view camera don't give view.
3)The view comes smaller and go up and down continously.
The car is Mercedes w212 2010 model. 5.8inch monitor.

2. In what position now dip-switcher? 14-15page of manual
3. What type of a car are choose in interface menu? page 22
4. What you try to connect to the interface? What is color system? (PAL or NTSC)?
5. Does you connect gray wire to +12V rear lights?
