GVIF for Range Rover Sport/button nor remote works

Hi; I am extremely New here (didn't see where I could intro myself before this) But I have an 09' Range Rover Sport. I have the connections for the camera hooked up to where it works fine, but I can not switch to any other AV modes, nor is the remote giving me any options to do anything; the remote itself is transferring a signal, being I pointed it @my camera & saw the IR triggering, but as for it working to get me to a different screen etc., it's not. & nothing happens even when I push the Selector button.
Any light I this will of course be appreciated greatly!..

Hello; I bought it New off eBay from 'Audio-navi-part', so I only have this 290708824525 as the item number. Would that keep me from being helped?..

I need to know which interface is this. Could you provide link on our website or other information?

So it was extreme user error to say the least; I went back & looked @everything a bit closer, only to realize that there were connectors for the remote & switch on the Power/can loom. I actually had them plugged directly into the gvif "Touch & Sel mode" inserts. All is working great now. Hope this helps someone else who may be going too fast as I was...
