Problem with the Range Rover Evoque Interface

We have a problem with the first Range Rover interface ( 837035 ) . It looks like it doesnt support PAL. It only works on NTSC. And when switching to an other channel the screen goes first blanck and then the video comes to the screen. We think that the interface is working,it is searching channels,but the screen blanking ist not correct.Can you help us to fix that.Is there a way to do that.My customer is not satisfied with that.

First try to connect another video source to check if the video interface is operating well.

If you can please provide video of situation you have described above.

We have checked the interface with an other video source but with the same result. We think that the main reason is that this interface doesnt support PAL. In our country we use PAL,not NTSC.So what will be the solution?

Hello!

We received answer from this device manufacturer. They say that this device supports both PAL and NTSC.
So please make photo or video of connection where cable marks and places of cable connection can be seen.
