CS9100RV Navigation Box with 2 Video Inputs

1- I was sent 9100 with the BMW logo, and some printed instructions
to change the logo in the introduction, but the features do not match
the instructions. Do you have a clearer guide?

2- We have installed the Argentina Garmin maps into 9100. Although the maps have been
installed and work correctly, we see a warning saying the GPS is disconnected. With
the IGO maps that you sent us, the product works just fine. Can you please instruct
me how to change this warning or provide me with more information to install Garmin
maps correctly? Besides, we don’t get a signal sometimes.

2. For the garmin issue, ask customer to archivate his Garmin software, without maps, and upload i to some file sharing web site, for example rapidshare, and post link to it here. We'll check it and upload fully working one with required remarks.

thanks for your prompt reply, sir Germes,
I will do it with the maps just as they are on the card. However, I will
need you to explain to me how to download the Garmin maps into the 9100 kit,
as this will be a recurring problem on our next orders. Also, we will need
the instructions as we'll have to update the software in the middle term.
