I have a Toyota Touch & Go with CS9100 v15 firmware. When I start the motor (without starting iGo) after booting, the program freeze " Cannot find 'CameraVideo1' (or one of its components). Make shure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are avialable." The touchscreen freeze, I can't push the OK button. Anybody idea?

After what did this problem appear? Try to update the firmware. Here it is

Firmware update process

1. The process should be divided into two steps if the stock firmware is up to the 9th version. In case the version of the stock firmware is 9 and higher, the process will take only one step.
2. Take the 1-2 GB SD memory card. We recommend using Kingston or Transcend.
3. Copy the EBOOT.nb0, logo.bmp, WP.bin files from the firmware archive to the memory card root.
4. With the power off, insert the memory card into the CS9100 box.
5. Turn the power on, the following message will appear:

6. Wait until the next message appears and turn off the power:

7. Don’t eject the memory card and turn the power on again.
8. Wait until the following message appears and turn the power off:

9. The firmware update process in completed.
Insert the SD memory card with the menu.

Here is the menu, just in case.

Please, note! Touch screen control will not work after the firmware update. Select Kenwood protocol in the settings (panel).

Make sure nothing is on autorun.
Eject the SD card with menu and restart the box. Does such error appear in this case? If yes, send us your menu.
