CS9200 and Navigation Programs

Hi, I have a CS9200RV and Rhonson display (800x480 with touch).
I have been tested several Navi programs, as known Garmin XT, Navitel, iGO Primo 2.4 and iGO 8.

Some of them works, with some problems, others directly doesn't work.

Only iGO8 works fine. I were using during two days testing, before installing my car, all is OK, and suddenly, during the iGO8 running, the screen fill with colors lines, and touch didn't work any more. There is nothing to do, that can interrupt this wrong process, the unit is completed freeze. Only force shutdown, (cut +12V from Batt and ACC simultaneously), force to reset the CS9200RV and restart again. After restarted, the problem repeat again, and again.

Could be possible that some internal into the CS9200RV could change, during different s navi programs test?
Why, iGO 8 works fine during two days, and after that starts and freeze.

I need your help, to identify the problems.

Thanks

Hello

1. Don't connect the BATT wire form the CS9200 navigation box.
2. Set the same touch control protocol which was before you changed it - Subaru RH2 protocol (PANEL tab)
3. Set the same image type which was before you changed it (RESOLUTIONS tab): 800x480 > 800x480 RHOSON D1 XC90

Hi, I did it (but the previous configuration were correct, as same as you told me). Disconnect Yellow wire "Batt".
Restart, and same problem, y test with iGO8, iGO primo, Navitel, and same problem, a few seconds o minutes later than the navi programs runs, it hang.

Do you know how to change the resolution (480x234) of Bluetooth application. Because is very small into Rhonson 800x480 resolution display.
Thanks
