Hi

I am trying to connect a TMC receiver to my navigation box I can see all the com ports and I see my device on com 1 for host port and com 5 for other usb port but the primo nav software does not see a device. Does the nav have access to the usb ports

Hi.
GPS uses COM1. We don't have compatible TMC antennas. the ones that were compatible, were of the same manufacturer and were connected to the UART socket.

Hi.
That's because we didn't quite understand it. What should the software see on the USb port? If you are talking about the TMC antenna, we don't have them in our store, and we don't know whether USB TMC antennas will work with CS9200.

Hi thanks for reply

what I ask is that I have USB and it needs FTDI driver I can load driver but can Nav board see all USB ports I see the device in the device tree but my nav program does not recognize it I have run mix ser tester.exe it sees GPS port but does not see any other device connected to USB ports ????

I purchased this unit because your blurb said a tmc and other devices can be connected so far I have found no usb device can connect

Thanks

Stuart

Hi.
TMC antenna is connected to UART, not USB. Via USB you can connect modem (driver for SimCom 5320 is installed by default, there is patch for ZTE MF100, Huawei E150/E160/E173), Wi-Fi adapter, mice, keyboards, etc.

Hi.
Copy FTDi driver to Windows CS9200 folder. Connect hardware keyboard to USB. When device is booted, connect your device to USB, and when the system asks for the driver, write its name in the appeared window.

Hi.
Here is the patch
Copy the patch on the memory card, launch patch from the explorer, wait until the message appears, press OK.

Set СОМ port 0 in the Hobdrive settings. Try speed starting from 9600.

Please, write about the results.

Hi.
COM1 is used for GPS. In Hobd set COM 0, since other ports are occupied.

If itdoesn't work with this patch, then, unfortunately we can't help. We don't have experience with cp210 driver and don't know in what registry branch it should be.
