I tried installing CS9200RV Lexus LX570 2011 with interface GVIF a problem wire No. 12 & 13 empty and there is no wire
Note that the car Lexus LX570 Year 2011 version GCC without Hardsk

Navigation is activated by MAP or DEST button.

Try to switch by remote control or OSD keypad, whatever was in your package content.
Check all connections once more according the manual.
You don’t need to remove OEM navi.

Please, also provide the photo of DIP switches position.

Hello!

Set switch #3 on the UTA adapter in OFF position. If it doesn’t help, please, provide video where we can clearly see where the cables are going, marking of the cables, places of connection and what is displayed on the screen when you press buttons.
