CS9100 and Alpine

I try to Install GPS BOX CS-9100 in Hyundai Sonata del 2007, Alpine IVA-W202R with a special cable Alpine Cable AP-RGB1 for Navigation Box CS9100RV. GPS was working correctly for 3 days, and then stopped recognizing GPS Antena.

If I make a hard reset, will it help me to get back to factory configuration?

Hello,
I have a second question:
I have ALPINE IVA-D100R Mobile Media Station. I would like to install GPS with it. I also would like to integrate TDT.
What will I need to buy in this case?

Hard Reset procedure for navigation unit CS9100.WARNING: that procedure only for navigation unit CS9100 with OS version:
a) V8.7_GsmServer.V(400x234)
b) V8.7_GsmServer.V(480x234)How to know OS version:1. 2. 3.

Hello!
dear Techsupport!
Hard rset did not help. The light of CS9100 is green, but it seems tha before, when it was working it was yellow.
Please let me know what can I try next to get my CS9100 working
