When exit form the Navigator software then it will back to CS9100 main menu.
How to shut down CS9100 or exit? It always show CS9100 main menu on my display. I can not select to DVD or other Auxiliary screen.

Note: my touch screen monitor is Alpine TME-M770 (Monitor)

Thanks,

Hello!
The issue is connected with oyur monitor, not with CS9100 navigation box.
We found manual for your monitor - Download
There you can find answers to your questions.

Once exit from NAVI software (iGo) it will back to CS9100 main menu. I tried to touch on the panel but there is no Alpine menu pop up for input selection. The one was showing, is mouse cursor it drags everywhere when I touch on the screen.

Once remove NAVI cable or unplug your CS9100 box, I can select to DVD or other Auxiliary screen from Alpine menu.

I can't unplug your box while driving. Just want to know how to shutdown your box or exit from main menu to WinCE.

Hello, dear Sakarin!

The mouse cursor is displayed because you are in the “image display and navigation control” mode. Navigation can be switched off by pressing Power button on the remote controller (press and hold for few seconds). You can switch on navigation the same way.
Have you tried to press the upper right corner of display and hold for couple of seconds?

Hi,

I can shutdown by power off button on the remote controller. Once the CS9100 shut down, I can select to DVD or other Auxiliary by press on the top right on the screen. The CS9100 will not resume anymore even I press power button on the remote controller. The way to back to NAVI is turning ignition switch off and ACC on.

It means when I'm driving and if I want to play DVD, I have to shutdown the CS9100 to exit from NAVI by power off button on remote controller. So, if I want to back to NAVI, I have to stop my car. I cannot swap to NAVI while driving. It's not make sense to use the NAVI under CS9100.

This will be better if I can shutdown CS9100 without using remote controller and would be great if I can turn on CS9100 while driving.

Please advise.

Hello!
Have you tried to switch between video inputs on the monitor using remote controller? (the remote controller is included in TME-M770 monitor package.
