What to install in Opel Insignia with CD300????

But i can't find solution for him, saw I ask this question to manufacture tech support
His answer is:
Dear Mike!
Currently we have no Gateway 300 which would be compatible with Opel Insignia CD300
Only the Gateway 100 at the moment. Gateway Five is planned for Opel in the near future.
Now we waiting on Gateway Five.....
