Box does not boot (anymore)... :(

Hello.

I managed to get the OS corrupt because i wanted to do the hard reset thing i found here in the forum.
Accidently the unit 'lost' power during formatting and now it wont boot.
Logo update does work, so the bootloader, i think so, is still working and threw out its messages, when inserting a sd-card with a logo.bmp, but it shows now, for around 15 hours, the 'OS updating...' message and did not get to an end. The unit is attached to a stable! 12V power supply and my tv.

Since the bootloader is working, is there a chance of (re-)writing/updating the OS from sd-card, so it will run properly?
Or is it possible via JTAG? (I do have some 'advanced basic knowledge' about this ARM9 stuff and a JTAG device will not be a real problem...).

You can send your CS9100 navigation box back to us to have it repaired (you will have to pay delivery costs).
Please, contact the manager who sold you the device to learn all details.

Not really sure, what you mean, since i bought it from the CarSolutions website and this is the CarSolutions forum. Isn't it?
However, i contact the sevice via email. This may not be wrong at all, i think.

You can send your CS9100 navigation box back to us to have it repaired (you will have to pay delivery costs).
Please, contact the manager who sold you the device (or just write to sales@car-solutions.com) to learn all details.
The repair (reflashing) is free of charge.
However, you should insert letter with your problem description: Namely: I send device for repeated flashing. To be sent back to the client.

Box is on its way for >2 weeks, So it should arrive soon (i hope).
I added the error description, my adress and the ticket# i received, but i forgot my email.

I got no answer when asking the support if my CS9100 had arrived.
I think it should be already there. Anyone can confirm this?

The last mail i got from you was from 11. July so i was a bit worried.
Maybe it got stuck in the junk folder.
I created a filter for everything coming from car-solutions now, so this can not happen again (i hope).
