dear sir,

i have 2004 lexus LS430 came with touch screen. i got navigation box cs9100rv ( Navigation System for Toyota, Lexus Based on CS9100RV ) and i
connected like it shown in the papers which came with the item. everything is work
but i can hear the tec sound but nothing shown in the screen its black and gave me a
massege the externel system is not connected and the light in the box is amber i
think it must be green.

please find a solution for that

Carefully check the connections on the manual. Pay special attention to the wire number 2 and 12 of the Universal Touch Adapter - whether they are connected to OEM wires. Just check whether exhibited DIP-switches on the Universal Touch Adapter.

Thank you for your email to fix the problem which I have it with cs9100 . I'll make it tomorrow with the tech but I have another quastion shall I connect the cs9100 alone or I have to connect it with the original navigation box ?

The manual is clearly written - remove the OEM navigation unit.
When you connect the CS9100, built-in navigation should be removed.
Learn to write insults on the sand and to engrave on the stone of joy.
